A great essay there - thanks RG. Continuing the Cuban theme I’ve been on for a while, my favourite name for a rice and black beans dish is found there - moros y cristianos, meaning “Moors and Christians”.

Delicious.

I’ll def take more of that, and the truly delicious Tanzanian version - maharage na wali. Yum
