Mike “there’s no such thing as Palestinians” Huckabee.
With a bit of luck he might well be correct

Trumps’ election now reminds me of his earlier election. He was “Going to drain the swamp”. Then his first appointment was Rham Emmanuel, a rabid zionist dog. All the swamp draining went downhill from there.
This time round, there all all sorts of pundits saying he brings hope, with people like Kennedy advising on health and vaccines. That seems to have gone silent. Trump was going to end the war in Ukraine. I forget, was it overnight? Seems to me that all the talk around Trump being an outsider, going to make a change, etc, etc, is just psy op and a distraction, and now, another rabid dog as ambassador to Israehell.
As George Galloway said, “Two cheeks of the same arse”. Long live the uni-party.
Wasn’t Rahm Emanuel CoS for Obama? Anyway, your point stands - Pompeii, Bolton etc.
I watched a Whitney Webb interview on Jimmy Dore months ago where she seemed pretty sure that Trump would pivot the war from Ukraine to Iran instead.
I hope she’s wrong. But I have little hope that Palestinian voices are going to be heard during this presidency.
You are probably right. There are so many rabid zionists (I refuse to give them the privilege of a capital Z) in the US that in my memory they all fade into one dangerous blob!
Just to make my point about two cheeks …, here is a Global Research article on exactly that.
Warslutz - nice one PatB!
These are areas where nothing good was expected. Ending the Ukraine war and setting RFKj on big pharma were the main areas I thought he was likely to cause ructions above his own head.
He doesn’t need to play that card yet, whatever it is.
I thought Elon Musk might be an encouraging appointment to resist the full scale assault planned by the Dems and their handlers on free speech. But Trump’s main interest in ‘Space Karen’ - judging by the enthusiasm Trump expressed for him - might just be in space nonsense.
Either way of course, if the Palestinians get any relief it won’t be from the aptly named White House.
Trump’s a weird one. Has a sense of humour and is quite thick skinned, yet not someone you want to cross.
Draining the swamp is a sales pitch. He’s appointed someone who seems competent on the border (one caravan has already melted away), has got RFK working on health, is pulling out of the climate scam and I am interested to see what this government efficiency thing pans out.
Galloway is correct with the two cheeks reference but I think South Park nailed it better with the choice between a douche and a turd sandwich.
It is most definitely interesting times
