Indeed. And as far as I’m aware, Tanzania never had a lockdown, and Kenya, Uganda both had only partial ones. And I don’t think any border closure (could be wrong…)
Plus the impact of the disease in this countries can only be described as minimal. If there was a place on the planet where you clearly didn’t need this nonsense, it’s right there in East Africa…
