Dear Alexei Mikhailovich!
I wish to inform you, that based on the situation on March 4, 2022, more than 40% of the territory of Ukraine is occupied and controlled by divisions of the Armed Forces of Russia.
Civilian population is continuing to hastily flee the country (based on the situation on March 4, 2022, more than 180 thousand persons).
More than 75% of the military potential of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has been destroyed.
