The sort of vivid, true story-telling that the lamestream never wants to air too much. Good man! If this is typical of the - deliberately-induced - chaos in ‘our’ health service now, there’s no wonder people are in such distress about getting medical help. I continue to be dead-lucky, as usual, in never needing to call for help beyond very occasional incidents. I shudder to imagine what it might be like if I got really fecked up. Time to go into the woods, lie down and die, I guess.
This whole shitshow makes me even more certain that we’re all going to have to take responsibility for our own health more completely in the future. That, plus genuine community medicine by ‘barefoot doctors’ on the very ancient wise-woman/cunning-man shamanic model, as the inflated over-prosperity of the Pampered Twenty Percent of Earth’s humans, and the hitech-industrial model of health care that we’ve created, continues to evaporate irreversibly.
