The lamestream reporting things we already know about vitamin D (not on the BBC)

I read a report on RT of a controlled study showing vitamin D of 2,000iu’s per day significantly improved the immune system as shown by a number of measures. However, the article seems to have dissappeared. How strange!

Finally found the original!

Nice work Pat, thanks. The study looked at Vit D AND Omega 3 used together, and Vit D on its own, both limbs very positive.
