The importance of not shooting the messenger

In my own meagre attempt to fight back against the surge tide of Provax propaganda, I came on an idea for a poster with an embedded QR code that takes you to my website, wherein the linked article. You can see the poster and the article here:
https://1489.is/dont-shoot-the-messenger/
only the illustration doesn’t include the QR code tattoo. I’ll attempt to upload the image here fyi. Because QR codes have now been made mandatory, even for buying food, this represents a fightback. I’m pondering on the possibility of sticking diversionary QR codes near to the ones outside venues so that people inadvertently log into the wrong place. There are no virus particles affiliated with bats and pangolins within 300 kms of here…

If you point your phone camera at the tattoo it should take you to the site … cheers David.

I didn’t point out the importance of this campaign in OZ at the moment, which is in the title of the post - that they just decided to raise the “safe” threshold of Astra Zeneca from 50 to 60 following two deaths from TTS, but all those in the older groups are hanging out for supplies of Pfizer to arrive, as they still worry they could the 1 in 100,000 who gets a serious blood clot. They have NO IDEA that Pfizer is also dangerous, and likely more so, but younger people have little idea either, and are being bludgeoned towards accepting the spike by talk of “community spirit” and the need for all of us to get vaxed to be safe - despite the number of vaccinated people who are still catching the oh-so-rare virus! We go further down into this pit every day.

Worked for me, reading the blog now

Why 1489 out of curiosity?

Thanks for checking Karen! (and I intend adding more back-up links to that article in due course)
I came up with 1489 some time ago, representing the current recreation of the scenario in ‘1984’ into something far worse and more pervasive than Orwell could ever have imagined. I also note that it is now the same amount of time since 1984 as that year was after 1948 when Orwell wrote his prophetic novel. When we reached 1984 it didn’t seem nearly as bad as he had forecast, even though the signs were there.
But I never got round to finding out what might have happened back in 1489… 80 years after “Ivan Rubrov”, and 130 or so after “The Seventh Seal”…

@Dimac Great work.

Any chance of getting a PDF or similar by PM?

Yes certainly Pat - you’re welcome to use the image or share it. I’ll put it in a PM or give you my email after this. (should have checked what is possible here…)
While the article is directed at Australians because we are in this situation of getting shy of Astra Zeneca and not having much Pfizer till September, the comments are generally applicable.
