I would hazard that it’s all been belly-up since the crash of 2008. After that it’s been a bit like those California police pursuits I’ve been posting, with the felons (aka banksters) burning rubber off their tyres until they’re down to metal rims sparking on the tarmac.
I’ll just say the usual stuff: get out of urban areas, if you’re able to. Learn how to grow your own food, or forage it - if you’re not familiar I’ll recommend a little book called Foraging for Wild Foods by David Squire.
Basically, don’t expect a money system or any kind of ‘civilisation’.
I don’t think it will come to that, because the psychos who rule us need to keep a certain number in the grid.
The prepper stuff is for people who don’t want to be in that kind of grid.
I asked Herricka about this. She looked at me for a while and then headed out into what is a wild and stormy night. She came back ten minutes later with a mouse in her mouth, which she dropped at my feet.
Unforunately I don’t have any good recipes for mice.

Farley Mowat, in his famous - er - story (fact, fiction? Contested…) ‘Never Cry Wolf’, speaks of observing his wolf family catching mice in large numbers when the caribou were absent on their treks, and of trying them as food for himself in something he called ‘Ragout aux Souris’ (quoting from hazy memory), which he says was pretty good.
Wolf experts (’’ optional quotes, if you like!) state that wolves don’t eat mice. I doubt that seriously. Truth is probably somewhere between Farley and his detractors. Anyway, he asserts that they’re edible. That would make sense…
Your financial worries are over. 8 mice will get you approval for a hybrid covid vaccine. If it’s alive call up and ask for the treatment arm, otherwise go for the placebo people. If the press call, just tell them your cat’s called Schrodinger.

PS: In keeping with the original idea of this thread, I notice that the collapse of some bank in California is making headlines this morning. Lehman 2.0, perhaps…? It certainly seems to have triggered ructions in the stock-market casino; good! Evaporating hallucinated dragon’s-hoards and self-defenestrating shyster-parasites all round! USD circling the drain ever faster! What’s not to like?
It was this that caused me to warn yesterday. Second biggest bank in US history. About $1.5 billion uninsured deposits. It’s much deeper though as many start ups were running personal banking through SVB too. So many folks are going to suffer. No money for next week/months payroll. What choice did they have? Either pull the money and default or hang tight.
Escobar has an interesting piece this morning concerning Newcoin as he describes it. Start buying physical silver or gold, not paper. Even a few ounces will be more than their weight when it comes.
And this is coming, especially after stealing £462 billion from Russia through sanctions etc. Who in their right mind will trust the west with either their money or the west’s system?
