But party whip… not much of a defence is it? We’re working behind the scenes on this, pushing very hard, ok not that hard, ok not at all, etc. if I resigned on principle I wouldn’t be able to push very hard, ok not that hard, ok not at all, sit in Zoom calls all day scoffing HobNobs, etc.
