The FDA and CDC will now be required to answer all the questions from the misinformation spreaders that they’ve been ducking all these years. What a glorious day.

Yes, I think you’re right about it being a still. Also, there’s no article/commentary from Steve Kirsch which is possibly because it’s only just been announced.
I really hope he lives up to expectations; and lives to do the job.
