Meet Jikkyleaks.
An acerbic covid critic from down under (where else). Poses cutely as a mouse on Twitter, seems all over everything with sharp criticism.
Not that well known as “spent the last year in Twitter jail” - until unleashed by Elon Musk, now nibbling her (I think) way through the entire medical narrative.
Or maybe the mouse is just running through all the holes that were in the narrative to begin with.
The Mouse that Roared seems to have built up labyrinths of awkward-looking Twitter questions all over the covid narrative.
Jikky’s knowledgeable questions seem inexorably to lead on to more knowledgeable questions, which…
But soon you would have exponentially more squeaking? Yep!
I can’t vouch for all the details, but I’ve never see anything like this!
Jikki seems to find strong smelling cheese everywhere she nibbles.
Take a look for example
This is no mouseinformation - Jikkileaks is beginning to be cited by respected blogs and substackers.
Placentagate is a good example of her productive curiosity:
According to Jikki there seems to be deceit in a paper whereby mRNA was crossing the placenta (by design) in a mouse study. Perhaps inspired by the paper’s disrespectful graphics depicting fallen comrades, she sniffed out that the paper’s ‘No toxicity’ claim seems to depend on examining surviving mice while ignoring the dead comrades.
Further nibbling unearthed improprieties in authorship, fake peer review, direct conflicts of interest.
Just start on any of her Twitter threads like the Placentagate one.
Jikki must be getting exponential abuse somewhere, but somehow the nest is thankfully kept free of Twitter junk, so the trail of droppings is easy to follow. Trolls don’t even get a look-in!
Even searching for Jikkileaks doesn’t throw up the abuse at the top as you’d expect.
Maybe Jikky herself is a troll or one of these generic names @Kieran_Telo was telling us about, but even the sight her scampering around creating so many apparently holes for narrative furniture to fall down is sure as hell improving morale!
