Just one quibble; Arnon Sofer’s “kill & kill & kill” was from a 2004 interview - same year as Eitan’s quoted comment - not 2018. (He tried to ‘walk it back’ later, saying he wasn’t recommending it, it was just what ‘Israel’ would ‘have to do’. So that’s all good then.)
