You’d think by now the mandarins would have recognised that it’s pointless to go on flogging the Shite Helmets dead horse. I wouldn’t want to be Chloe Hajimatheou trying to get out from under that credibility-collapse. Not that she or anyone of the scuttlers at the beeb are likely to attempt a credible answer. Like the rest of the bullshitters of the lamestream, they will presumably remain “as silent as a deaf and dumb oyster in a tank of chloroform”, as a one-time favourite pulp-fiction writer of mine put it so deathlessly many years ago, in one of his entertainments.
My disgust at the arrant intellectual dishonesty that’s so rampant at the beeb continues to grow. I still love R3’s music output, though, and rely on it for constant reinforcing of spiritual salving and balance…
