Presidential pardons

Anyone seen any commentary on Fauci getting a pardon?

Hi @Cockneymystic. The Daily Heil covered some of the facts around Fauciā€™s deceptions about the origins of Sars-Cov2 and GOF research, Fauciā€™s best-known porkie - which is a little surprising because they were, and are, full scale behind the wonderful covid vaccines.

I guess thatā€™s not the kind of commentators you had in mind - Iā€™ve not seem anything from any prominent analysts on the ā€˜health freedomā€™ (for want of a better name) scene. Fauci hasnā€™t been charged so they are probably having difficulty deciding which of his innumerable lies Biden knows heā€™s guilty of. (Guess it wonā€™t be long though)
As the Heilā€™s btls suggest this pardon might not work in Fauciā€™s favour if heā€™s forced to testify (with a pardon he canā€™t just take the fifth).

There is also the issue of being pardoned. Whilst it removes the average man from a bad situation, you are admitting guilt by being pardoned. Youā€™re also now compelled to give evidence before the federal government and will go to prison if refused.

It is not over yet.

Just what weā€™ve all been waiting for - a list of Trumpā€™s presidential orders.

Might be a hard read, as it might be in presidential language.

Something for everyone (whether you want to cheer or be utterly appalled  )

My favourite was also favoured by Dr Meryl Nass - the US pulling out of the WHO!
That is likely slow the push for WEF and WHOrld domination - on behalf of their puppetmasters, the likes of Blackrock and co, and the billionairesā€™ clubs.

Though, contrary to what is always claimed, the US was only the biggest COUNTRY funder of the WHO - the biggest de facto funder is Bill Gates, via his vaccine organisations.

Meryl Nassā€™s comments

Another (if it is to believed) is No. 3 on Nassā€™s link, about ending foreign military adventures on behalf of other interests.

ā€œTrump says our foreign aid is being used for purposes that may go against American interests, and all foreign aid is to be halted until it has been reviewed. Much of our foreign aid is conditioned on nations buying US military equipment from us. Will this be stopped or reduced? We do sometimes face attacks on our troops using US-made (and sometimes ā€œdonatedā€ equipment. The military industrial complex benefits from wars. Other foreign aid props up dictatorships, pays for clandestine operations, and serves as a slush fund for who knows what. USAID is widely acknowledged as a CIA cut-out. Hopefully these funds can be redirected to better uses.ā€

I doubt Trump will get an easy ride on many of them. No doubt some are for appearances sake.

Plenty of contenders for unfavourite cringeworthies of courseā€¦Trump is probably bad news for Americaā€™s poorest.

Iā€™ve also been listening to a lot of wailing from the media, who never had a bad word for the Biden adminstration, and hardly any true ones. As a consequence, very many people are catastrophizing largely in ignorance of what went before.

The plot thickens like gravy;

  1. Federal convictions only
Under the Constitution, only federal criminal convictions, such as those adjudicated in the United States District Courts, may be pardoned by the President. In addition, the Presidentā€™s pardon power extends to convictions adjudicated in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and military court-martial proceedings. However, the President cannot pardon a state criminal offense. Accordingly, if you are seeking clemency for a state criminal conviction, you should not complete and submit this petition. Instead, you should contact the Governor or other appropriate authorities of the state where you reside or where the conviction occurred (such as the state board of pardons and paroles) to determine whether any relief is available to you under state law. If you have a federal conviction, information about the conviction may be obtained from the clerk of the federal court where you were convicted.

Interesting. Fauci isnā€™t safe then as a (presumably Republican) state adminstration could still go after him.

Itā€™s goes deeper than that. Obviously Iā€™m not an American law expert, but Iā€™m reading it that you can only be pardoned if you have been convicted.

Only federal criminal convictions can be pardoned.

Therefore, if you havenā€™t been convicted, you cannot be pardoned

Here is a simplified list of ā€œthe good, the bad, and the uglyā€, courtesy of Larry Johnson. I agree that the WHO withdrawal is big and the only other thing worthy of note for me is his two genders policy! That said, I still donā€™t trust Trump any more than Tony Bliar, Sneer Starmer, or any other of the self-aggrandising politicians (I did consider using an expletive instead of politician, but sense finally kicked in).

The hysteria is off the charts right now. I didnā€™t follow any of the links but multiple headlines today allong the lines of ā€œWhat Trump means for us Trans peopleā€.

I would have thought that in a huddle being victims could really suit many of the most shrill whose very identity is defined by how horribly oppressed they are.

Quick update on the foreign aid directive. I canā€™t cite a source but I do believe there were specific exceptions made for 404 and Israhell.

Just come across this article

Interesting

imo Trumpā€™s version of ending foreign adventures is to grab and control the resources and otherwise be uninvolved. He actually said so about the oil in Syria during his first term. He doesnā€™t consider this a war, just the right of the US as the shining beacon of light onto the world to have the best of everything while everyone else can go to hell. The resources of another country canā€™t just be taken at will so there will be wars.

Regarding Israel Palestine, he doesnā€™t consider it a war to work at wiping out the Palestinians and taking all the land. They arenā€™t real people to him and the other Israel supporters; they are just an irritation to be gotten rid of. But he wouldnā€™t consider that a war either.

Yeah, he does seem to think the US owns South America. Then his policies there are logical, as he also seems to hanker thoughts that he almost owns the US :grimacing:

Iā€™m most interested in policies that didnā€™t apply to the previous administration. Trump did seem to get Netanyahu to come to the table and agree a similar deal to what Biden and Blnken ā€˜failedā€™ to hold him to last May, mainly through lack of trying.
Most likely Trump just thinks the cost of this is now harming the US. Iā€™ve no illusions about him, but I also think that under the guise of bashing Trump the Dems have got away with many things that are as bad, and some bad things that Trump immediately cancelled.

So I think itā€™s quite hard to weigh up. As Iā€™ve come to this mainly from the persepctive of tyrannical medical/poltical and globalisation (which is why decent and highly respectable people like Dr Meryl Nass can hardly contain themselves at ā€œall the good newsā€), I realize I need to bone up on the bad things Trump is doingā€¦ as Iā€™m not going to find out from medical freedom fighters!

Cheers

I suspect that if Harris had won there would have been no ceasefire. On the other hand, Israel is now starting to destroy the West Bank too and government ministers are openly stating that they intend to take it all. Iā€™m certain that Trump is on board with all of that. He has absolutely no regard for Palestinians. he just didnā€™t want the genocide to be still on when he came to power, especially since maximum damage is already largely done so in his mind, no need to keep going.

What he doesnā€™t want is for the US to pay for it which may make a difference in what happens next.

I donā€™t disagreeā€¦but whatā€™s happened so far is that after over a year of genocidal shooting and bombing of Palestinians under Biden, Trump was elected and before he took office he demanded a ceasefire and prisoner release, and thatā€™s happened.
All the stuff people say about Trump on this issue is likely true, and I get that prospects under Trump donā€™t look like brightening - but I donā€™t get why Trump is always the focus, it lets Genocide Joe off the hook. Itā€™s not as if he cares about Palestinians any more than Trump does.

The Dems lost the election over this issue so they didnā€™t get off the hook, which is as it should be.

I have no faith at all in Trump to do anything that will help the Palestinian people - quite the contrary - but I would be happy to be wrong.
