A cretin from the Sh!tboat, totally lacking in self-awareness, hypocritically ascribes his own dickhead quality to someone else:
Well after the laughs come the reckoning. SB has now learned 146 things from Si.
For all we know the T-shirter has had covid already, in which case his point, like Nigel Lawson, is “unassailable”
Oh dear, what a thread. The ridiculous concern for someone getting this mild infection, the lack of awareness that all those masks, restrictions and jabs in Scotland are incapable of stopping this virus (so what’s their point) and then SB somehow managing to pick out the that one “study” that shows the immunity from the “vaccines” is better than natural immunity. Ha!
At least he was honest: “…, but I was mainly posting to slag off Lawrence fox …”. His emotions running so high he had to hit back with the first thing he spotted. Looks like that bunch will be the last to wake up from this hypnosis!
I had resolved to not post there again, but the shabbiness of SB’s response to Annie was compelling. Thing is, there was a time when such obvious cherry-picking would have been pounced upon by the leaky hulk’s regulars. The hysteria over there is astonishing - it’s hard to believe now that at one time TLN was one of the most incisive sites out there.
It still is, on selected subjects like I/P and Assange’s persecution. I think the same about the maintream news - it’s not quality lacking per se, it’s selective wilful blindess. You can run with an elephant in the living room, as long as you don’t allow it to be pointed out too often.
That’s fair enough, Ed. But witnessing TLN get it so wrong on this current scam was a big dissappointment - it’s irrepairably holed that once esteemed pinnace in my view.
Sure has! I never go there now. Even if there are nuggets of quality, the stench of the intellectual bovril is too off-putting; and the constant - entirely permitted - nastiness; cancel culture at full blast. Fit only as a bovril boat.
Way it goes: anything that survives long enough goes through constant random evolutions, which can land it in opposite places to where it started. Older people might remember that ‘The Sun’ started out as a pro-working-class broadsheet. And look at it now: a Merdoch loo-paper, fit only for fire-lighter - if you’re picky about your hygiene arrangements…
A dozen or so posts was quite enough, thank you.
The one where I stopped referred to “ensuring unrestricted spread in schools” (paraphrase if not verbatim). The words of a fervent masktapo.
The loyal posse is now arriving, specialist in ropes
: )
kw and the ‘history man’ - purlease!!
The man himself, dan, gives the game away with his repeated use of the ‘anti-vax propaganda’ meme.
It is a deceit and distortion on a par with the ‘antisemite’ meme.
There are people who argue that ‘vaccines’ are best avoided and that there are better routes to good health. They may be right or wrong. The reason they are smeared with a meme (‘anti-vax’) is because the alternative - to debunk the scientific basis for their position with superior science - is very difficult (actually impossible, because the science of Andrew Wakefield, Vernon Coleman et at is solid). Far easier, then, to avoid and dismiss the debate with a cowardly meme/smear.
Fundamentally, though, everyone on that Sh!tboat board is missing the real debate.
The real question is not whether the jabs are a correct strategy for dealing with covid. The real question is, Should anyone apart from the individual be the arbiter of what enters the individual’s bloodstream?
This is the question that the sh!theads can’t deal with. They consider themselves left-wing and liberal, but they can’t escape the fact that they have been supporting fascism and totalitarianism.
And here’s the fundamental difference between them and ‘anti-vax’ protagonists:
The latter only argue that people should be allowed to decide their own medication for themselves, whereas pro-vaxxers argue that they should be allowed to decide the medication of others.
In a sane world, the label ‘pro-vaxxer’ is the one that would signal moral degeneracy.
Looks like it was a double hanging, half an hour after the arrival of the posse. It’s very distasteful, gotta do them all when yur in thu mood. Dan exults as he pulls the lever…
Sadly, there’s no-one left to challenge this old pre-Omicon meme:
“As well as reducing hospitalisation rates, its undoubtedly the case that the vaccines also vastly reduce transmission rates, thus conferring benefit to the non-vaccinated.”
Then again, it’s maybe not that sad
It looks like that was your last post there, as alternative opinions are not allowed when it comes to this, erm, plague. Good that you pointed out a few truths on the way out!
But Dan’s “I acknowledge that the vaccine may have unknown long term consequences but then also that the consequences of recurrent chronic infection are entirely unknown” exposes a deeply flawed and worrying attitude on the part of medical doctors. Somehow equating what nature throws at us (OK, it may have been a manipulated virus but that’s beside the point here) with what the Pharmaceutical industry concocts for us (with a strong profit motive to boot) and governments push on us.
There really appears to be a fear of nature – that humans live in an alien world that only with the help of “educated scientists” can we hope to have some protection. People who worry about unknown future effects of bacteria and viruses are, in a sane world, considered to have some problems; hence the term hypochondriac.
What you’re describing, Willem, is people who’ve internalised completely the medical-orthodoxy indoctrination that they’ve heard all their lives, and who then, under the disbalancing, stampeding influence of criminally propagandised terror-porn, have allowed themselves to be hypnotised into the current Desmetian mass formation.
Sadly, this appears to apply to many medics as well, with dan as a perfect example. Suckered cultists virtually to a man, it appears. What a fall from credibility!
With dan having been so ill, I guess he has some excuse. But plenty of other medics have held to their steadiness - and their professional honour - despite having experienced the covid-flu.
Interesting that JMGreer has been prophesying that medics and scientists more generally will be getting shoved off their pedestals by a shift away in public opinion from the customary respect that they’ve had in the past. Part of a larger historical trend that he sees unfolding. That seems certain to happen now, as the understanding spreads of just how badly these formerly highly-respected figures have betrayed their trust over the covid scam; and in far too many cases their sheer adult common sense. Jesus, what a shitstorm!
Yes, the ‘zap finger’ has been twitching in my direction for yonks. Not interested in mincing words with KW and K2+2=5 - DADED those long ago, but would have waded back in to reply to the zapman as it’s the ‘kudos’ of his profession, and custodianship of TLN that has steered them onto the rocks. Those medical professionals that have promoted the scam have aided in the destruction of their profession - the impacts will hit for generations to come - - if indeed any normal, unmodified generations ensue after this vast crime has played-out.
