Is this now an accepted responsibility of the State - to help its citizens kill themselves - a sort of last step abortion! With the amendments removing High Court Judge involvement replaced by Panels of bureaucrats and then creating a new private company industry of death - the whole thing is a nightmare.
Add to this - the problems of life insurance - do the suicide rules apply or not?
Do the rules apply that prevent inheritance for those beneficiaries who have been involved in the assisted dying process ?

Is it the State’s job to usher an increasing percentage of the unproductive population towards the exit? No.
