I found the design of the website quite frustrating, too. I’m afraid I can’t tell you the first step to take, because there is now a cookie on my computer that alters the appearance of the site. There might be a red rectangular button at the bottom of a light grey window on the right, but I’m only guessing.
There should be a red/orange button across the bottom of the page RG. It might be harder to spot, or indeed appear somewhere else based on your computer text size/screen size
