Has any one of you seen this and what is your opinion of it? If this document is genuine (it has been refuted by Reuters, which points to it being genuine), then it´s the gallows for the entire govt and its scientific advisers:

I think it’s fake. There is truth in many of the schemes being ‘admitted’ but the overall language doesn’t come across as authentic, eg
“with …the reasons for doing so being a spike in the new Indian and Nepal ‘variants’ of ‘the virus’ (which as we know is just a re-branding of Hay Fever)”.”
Stuff such as this wouldn’t need to be spelled out to the conspirators if it were genuine, but it’s dastardly nature has to be spelled out to us.
In addition it doesn’t look like an official document from anywhere. And why would Neil Ferguson be the one rallying the troops?
Such a day as is proposed might come but they won’t be writing to give us notice about it. I think the most interesting question (for everyone) is, how much did you believe it? It’s not that unbelievable, but doesn’t seem authentic.
And it’s ahead of itself. If they had the power to do this, we’d be well f*cked already.
