To add to what you said, cooking with fats is another thing we’re told not to do. Then you eat chips cooked in beef tallow…

I will (re)watch this, I think I split it into three and watched on successive evenings but it was already a while back. I think they have a book called something Good Energy.

Very occasionally use caster sugar in bread dough, but am a sucker for comfort foods usually high sugar. Thick butter, decent amounts of non-seed-oils in cooking. The trick is portion control.
