All pretty chaotic discussion, R. Couldn’t really follow the logic of many of the responses. Don’t know how you keep finding the patience. And now you seem to be locked out? Without notice? I prefer a better run forum than that. Don’t miss it at all. Just reading this typically-chaotic Leaky Hulk thread reinforces that feeling.
PS: That was a very nasty gestapo incident that you linked. Seems to be happening in many places now. Power-serving goons getting - lawlessly - high-handed.
This is awful, a robotic application of covid rules to a situation they weren’t designed for. Hungry homelessness is more of a health risk than possibly catching Covid.
Dan seems to have been lashing out all through that thread, then claimed to take offence at a non-existent smear. I saw some of your exploits and salute your unbullyability 
, so I wondered when you would get the chop.
Dexamethasone has its place, at the stage that Dan sees. He doesn’t seem to get that the options you spelled out apply best at the early stage, and would, the evidence indicates, prevent many of his patients from even being in hospital let alone in his ICU. Had he grasped that we were not in competition, things might have been different - well, as regards Covid anyway.
You were certainly unfairly banned Rippon - it wasn’t a smear to judge the medical profession on what comes out of it. Dan can be proud of his efforts on the front line. But overall, though many doctors and researchers have played a blinder on Covid in finding what worked, the profession overall has totally failed to support them - allowing politics and money (and. seemingly, the attraction of vaccines, and whatever else 
) to rule them and relegate their countries Covid outcomes to way below those of their poor cousins who, in accordance with hypocritic commitment, at least set out to treat their patients before they got to hospital.

One of the things Dan was always highlighting was they were (to use the government narrative) “over run”. UK Column on Wednesday did an excellent short spot on headlines saying exactly that, except from 2019, 2018, 2017, and 2016. So Coroni ain’t to blame.
You’ve lost me. Who was “over in” with respect to what? And what does “over in” mean?
What did UKColumn say (about previous years) and what is covid not to blame for?

Sorry to hear you’ve actually been banned…I wonder what the polit bureau will look like after the great TLN revolution… I endeavour to persevere (I’ve become adroit and avoiding the more obvious snares).
