I think one of the hardest things in life is to understand what evil is.
I should say, as I always do, that I’m not the least bit religious; yet what’s happening at the moment is a straight-in-your face, age-old spiritual battle between good and evil.
I remain optimistic about the outcome, although this winter will be grim.
