Not the first by any means, the evidence is mounting. I don’t know of a succinct list but there are plenty of indications in the article.
The real news is that all this is being ignored in the corridors of power and in mainstream medical discourse.
Two successive sentences from the article below show the disconnect around mRNA ‘vaccines’:

Japan relied almost exclusively on mRNA jabs against Covid, and nearly every adult received both the initial two-shot regimen and a booster,” Berenson wrote ."

“Last year, Japan became the first — and so far only — country to approve a self-amplifying mRNA COVID-19 vaccine .”
With the disconnect between reality and hype clearly visible, the article could (almost) reasonably be titled mRNA Vaccines Split Our Brains. The trouble is the hype is driving policy - and the disconnect that is on show is arguably an even bigger threat to human life than the gene changes, depending on how you view this state of affairs.
