I was particularly tickled by the snatch of Benny Hill’s theme music - ‘Yacketty Sax’ - at the beginning. Couldn’t be more appropriate!

b means ‘mediocrity’, btw. His English is near perfect, but with the odd solecism. Otoh, ‘mediocracy’ - rule by mediocrities (especially in media) - is a good multi-portmanteau coinage - particularly apt for Paedominster!
