Montana attorney general launching investigation into GoFundMe for shutting down Freedom Convoy

"Knudsen intends to investigate why GoFundMe determined that the crowdfund violated its terms of service, specifically rule number eight, which bans “hate, violence, harassment, bullying, discrimination, terrorism, or intolerance of any kind relating to race, ethnicity, national origin, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, serious disabilities or diseases.”

“Nothing that I have seen personally suggests that this was in any way a violent or hateful group,” Knudsen said. “I’m looking out for Montana consumers.”

Sounds like GoFundMe may indeed have taken its cue from Trudeau’s purposeful smears.
Government, banks, government, banks…the Canadians looked from one to the other, and they could no longer tell which was which.

“…harassment…of any kind…” could cover it. The barrack room lawyers need to parse the whole sentence not pick a bit they can debunk. That’s only allowed if you’re a Flak Chucker. Can’t entirely work out how the protected characteristics would be invoked but I expect that’s what the Nazi flag was for…
