What is consciousness? How do we perceive the world and how does our mind shape those perceptions into an understanding of what we perceive? Important questions in neuroscience, psychology, philosophy and in our daily lives. The more we understand our mind, the more we will be able to deal with the mental challenges of modern society. Geshe Namdak will use Buddhist mind science to explain various aspects of mind and its philosophy; giving us tools to understand our minds better, to develop emotional intelligence, and to work toward a life with more sustainable happiness.
