MAHA - the only good Trump war?

This is astonishing stuff.

When I first read of some of RFKj’s plans for things like ending fluoride and reforming baby foods (Operation Stork Speed -) I thought they were maybe gimmicks to get in to ‘sort out’ Pharma, as best he could.

Got to laugh when Makary - as did RFKj - proclaims he will/was about to look for the ‘good’ data on covid booster jabs for kids and then analyse it…oh wait a minute, there isn’t any!

If this fooled the Pharma shill senators into passing his appointment they must be dumber than I thought. Recall the ‘eight mice’ trial of one booster, which if memory serves didn’t even support the jab much.

Robert Malone is impressed, says the scope of any one of these announcements is ‘enormous’.

Hi @Evvy_dense . For what it’s worth, I was once really hopeful that RFKjr was a major poke in the eye for the big pharma criminals. Sadly, I’m now in the camp that believes that whatever the deep state has on him, it seems so bad, that he’ll renege on all those that believed he’d make a difference despite his record of consumer oriented stuff he devoted his life’s work to.

There is a massive debate going on about the HHS focus, their appointment of Casey Means as the potential new surgeon general, and her brother as special advisor. They are (IMHO) without doubt gatekeepers of the highest order. There is also the issue of the MAHA going for anything but Convid, mRNA, or vaccines

Try one of these for starters (skip over the ads and other filler stuff on the second one).

NIH is being exposed for corruption involving Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.

“For 20 years, because of utter corruption and fraud, we were directing Alzheimer’s research to one hypothesis, and any other hypothesis was shut down.

We should have the cure for Alzheimer’s today. We don’t have it PURELY because of corruption at NIH. And we are going to have it quickly.”

Trump’s team have a record of daily U-turns. They can talk the talk all day long, but we need to see them walk the walk!

Hi PatB. Well this is a firestorm and a half. Like the pharma-opposers have been split into teams with the aim of fighting each other. But you have to take heed of the likes of knowledge heavies Latypova and Wolf, and - for me - Malone as well.

Thanks for this necessary, rest-of-the-picture. When they appeared on the scene a year or so ago, the Meanses were flagged up here as unconvincing without anything concrete to go on, but the backgound flagged up by Wolf seems to explain at least partly their rise to prominence afloat a massive wave of mysterious financial and political backing.

But this split in the (better term needed) so-called ‘medical freedom’ movement has existed longer than the Meanses fame (it could be seen brewing in major public and acrimonious falling outs over noncritical disagreements) and you can see some of that spilling out now.
Shannon Joy seems a little too excited to function as a reliable source; yesterday she was animated over the fact that RFKj hasn’t got the shots stopped for kids yet. Well what have the announcements about the lack of trials been about? This seems to be heading for a huge stop in a short space of time. If RFKj achieves nothing but getting the covid boosters off the child schedule it will cost pharma and their oligarch backers/handlers a packet and could be a major blow to other tech plans to dominate the public.
So I don’t believe there isn’t Pharma involvement in trying to remove Kennedy by any…Means :slight_smile: ;

For me the personal warring between people who need to reconcile whatever their differences are is the main story. Wolf raises huge issues but the way this is going neither the medical outrages nor the financial/AI/tech/personal data power coup will be stopped. WHatever happened to the old method of caveats and raising concerns about particular issues? In concentrating their energies on attacking each other and sowing mistrust they are conceding the war IMO.

Cheers

The evidence is piling up.

Let’s start with this Saudi deal. Trump has secured $1 trillion in investment money for America, and cheaper oil too. Oil has dropped approximately 25% since Trump came to power, but it seems the oil companies don’t want to pass it on. Bet they do soon. In exchange, Trump has given security guarantees and some governmental diplomacy.

The most important part though was Israel. They got nothing from this deal. Rumour control says they asked why they got nothing and were told this was an American deal. The Israelis also seem to be denied the military bases of Syria.

Others are picking up on the changes. Here’s b’s piece;

This is such a fascinating thread! A few random comments.

The “wellness” Vs pharma battle is bound to be entertaining. My recollection of the Means, I think from a Tucker Carlson interview, was their Stepfordian recital of the former argument. Seemed like Esselin Institute types.

The reductions in drug prices are a very sound maneuver, assuming they translate into practise, aimed at Trump core voters.

The words from the MoA transcript, attributed to Donald Trump, are pragmatic: not exactly ripping back the curtain. He probably feels greatly at ease among the filthy rich and can ramble happily away.

The Benjamin Netanyahu show looks like it might be over soon, and the swift sidelining of Waltz may mean PoTUS is getting some better advice. With the likes of Smotrich in the wings, a still-crazier Israhell beckons. Is that even possible?

By one memo, yes, memo, RFK could get mRNA shots of the childhood vaccine schedule by declaring the scamdemic over. So it’s my view that he’s compromised. It could be by Epstein style, it could be by the Zio lobby, or even his own wish to keep presidential opportunities alive, or a combination of these. However my view is that he is compromised. Here is a true story of compromise.

I knew an anti-apartheid fighter, who was imprisoned and horribly tortured by the apartheid regime. He escaped prison and spent several years covertly travelling Africa on behalf of the African National Congress. When Mandela came to power he became a minister and served 5 years as such. He then left politics for ‘personal reasons’. The truth is he was guilty of corruption. He explained this as follows, and here is my objection to ‘compromise’.

He privately explained (my paraphrase), that sometimes one must make seemingly innocuous small compromises to get things done. Having made a small compromise against one’s principles, the next time a compromise seems necessary, it is a little easier to make. There is less soul searching before making it. Thereafter, each compromise becomes easier and easier, with less and less conflict with one’s own morals and convictions.

Eventually he left government for ‘personal reasons’ but went on to join Rand corporation (that bastion of think tank harmony for ex-freedom fighters).

RFK could with one sweep of his magic wand, er, pen, get mRNA shots off the childhood vaccine schedule and remove the Emergency Use Authorisation, which I believe runs until 2029! I can only believe that by not doing it, he must be compromised. “Lack of trials” seems to be a useful distraction!

Declaring it over doesn’t deal with it, as the mRNA platform is the purpose, there seem to be mRNA flu and other jabs coming. But yes he is compromised, as one player in a power game surrounded by much hostility, protected only by Trump, not the validity of his arguments which are irrelevant in such a corrupted system. Examining the catastrophic shots fallout has the potential to do the most good - though there is a risk he will be unable to prevent a Pharma spin job on the data.
For me it’s much simpler - don’t invest in somepone’s purity in the first place, and concentrate on the issues. As you say anyone can be ‘corrupted’ - if only by the limitations they have to work within, like your herioc fighting fellow.
It sounds like he was corrupted more by the system than the torture…?

Agreed 100 per cent

Replying to my own post here.

Perhaps I was wrong to assume all the RFKjr stuff was smoke up one’s derrier? No. Not so.

"A new article by the FDA chief Marty Makary and new CBER Director Vinay Prasad published in the New England Journal of Medicine announced the adoption of an “evidence-based approach” to such recommendations. "

“Quoting from the published FDA policy:”

“Moving forward, the FDA will adopt the following Covid-19 vaccination regulatory framework: On the basis of immunogenicity — proof that a vaccine can generate antibody titers in people — the FDA anticipates that it will be able to make favorable benefit–risk findings for adults over the age of 65 years and for all persons above the age of 6 months with one or more risk factors that put them at high risk for severe Covid-19 outcomes, as described by the CDC (Figure 2). For all healthy persons — those with no risk factors for severe Covid-19 — between the ages of 6 months and 64 years, the FDA anticipates the need for randomized, controlled trial data evaluating clinical outcomes before Biologics License Applications can be granted. Insofar as possible, when approving a Covid-19 vaccine for high-risk groups, the FDA will encourage manufacturers to conduct randomized, controlled trials in the population of healthy adults as part of their postmarketing commitment.”

“Moderna stock rose 10% on this news, which should tell you something.”

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me another thousand times, shame on me. Full story here

Rumour control says Moderna has withdrawn it’s application for their combined COVID/flu shot

M(H)AHA - is that why their stock went up :slightly_smiling_face:

But @PatB’s post is a worry - no redress or even acknowledgement for the past harms (many of which are in the present), and most likely only a blip’s in Pharma juggernaut - as if they can’t ‘demonstrate efficacy’ when they get to run the trials! We already have the answer to that one.

I think that acronym should be MPhHA (make pharma happy again). Seems to me any hope invested in Makary, JFK, or even Trump is now shown to be sadly misplaced.

Seems to me Bridgen (on this occasion at least), was fooled like almost everyone else. Latypova details that RFK speaks on Twatter, and the “vaccine schedule” remains unchanged.

First banned, then not banned but not recommended, then not recommended but actually, yes recommended.

OTOH the link to this table has a date of Nov 2024.
This news seems unclear to me - I would hesitate to contradict Latypova, as she usally has military-level of forensics. I expect she was planning on a bowl of champagne and shredded DoD mRNA contracts for breakfast. I’ll wait for a bit, but it all represents a lowering of expectations. Cheers

Doubting Thomas? Curious? Cynical?

The full MAHA roadmap. I’m still on the fence but this is a good start.

It is indeed a good start IMO. Ground-breaking even, though it’s possible that this is as big a crack in the ground as it is going to get. As Robert Malone points out, it doesn’t mention mRNA and even the possibility of attendant harms.

Seemingly RFKj overruled his advisors on the recommendations for pregnant women:

"Health secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced Tuesday that he has unilaterally struck the recommendation that healthy children and healthy pregnant people get Covid-19 shots — a move that experts say is unprecedented.

Kennedy made the announcement on the social media site X, flanked by Jay Bhattacharya, director of the National Institutes of Health, and Marty Makary, the commissioner of the Food and Drug Administration. Kennedy signed a directive outlining the change — a document STAT has viewed — on May 19. It’s not clear why he waited over a week to announce it."

I’ve not followed the flak but Malone talks of an internal war against RFKj wiithin the medical freedom movement.

The political dynamic means that there is only so much that can be done while swimming against a hostile current of Pharma-sponored senators.
In respect of which, Malone says it was Trump that kept the mRNA vaccines on the CDC schedule:

“According to sources in close contact with the administration, I have been informed that President Trump and his Chief of Staff made the decision to leave the COVID mRNA-based products on the recommended CDC vaccine schedule and related guidance. Not Kennedy or Makary. One version of this narrative emphasizes the President’s political calculus, particularly concerns about alienating the pharmaceutical industry (and its potential donations to Senators) as the midterm elections approach.”

To me it’s a pity the movement can’t all row in synchrony, at least in public, rather than hitting those who have to take the fight into formal theatre of politics over the head with their oars.
