I do wonder if Macron and Trudeau (the latter seemed to spend the whole G7 wagging his tail inoffensively at the big dogs) are the weather vanes for the major powers. Which makes it especially important that they donât succeed.

There seems to be an awful lot of pissed-off people about (these scenes have been repeated in towns and cities all across France today).
In Paris, Place de la RĂ©publique, people set up their own cafes, âsans covidââŠ
It goes on and on, and whatever you think about the effectiveness of these demonstrations, it does send a strong message to the psychos who rule us. It also brings people together, something that the covid nonsense is purposely designed to prevent.
Whatâs going on in Australia, New Zealand and Ireland at the moment is quite breathtaking.
