In a way the news (not very new actually, but worth mentioning I thought) is the first two words of this Grayzone title. Julian Assange is saying something, though you probably will not hear it on the MSM.
Assange has pointed out that the Peace Prize award to Machado was given in breach not only of the Prize’s founding rules,but of Swedish Law itself.
Can’t he be…jailed or something ? Oh wait… 
The Grayzone.article is much deeper, however. It reveals that, in an amazing coincidence, the CIA is represented in the crooked connecting path between Venezuela’s ‘opposition’ and the noble Nobel committee.
I guess it firms up what many people are quick to call when they see some of the outcome of the Nobel committee’s deliberations.
After all if it hadn’t been Madacho, it would have been the man most often labelled ‘fascist’ on the planet.
Still it’s good to see the connections and the connivings drawn out.
