They discuss the peculiar way the - as Joe says - blatant murder of Epstein simply dropped off the ‘news’ flow. In particular, they discuss the way ‘news’ editors decide what to ignore, and why. A further illustration of how non-conspiracies end up producing pretty much the same effect as overt conspiracies: lots of little goodthinker careerists making separate decisions without conferring, but all on the same long-conditioned and heavily-filtered doublethink autopilot. Bingo! No conspiracy needed, but as good as if it had been!

Matt Taibbi is always excellent, and old Joe R is surprisingly open minded and interesting to listen to.
The whole Epstein saga was such a blatant example of corruption, and the way it was buried was just unbelievable.
I did read that a number of prominent academics, including people like Steven Pinker and Alan Dershowitz, would regularly be courted by Epstein.
Thanks for posting, RG
