I was under the impression that it was IEAE âmonitoringâ that was the conduit for identifying several of the assassinations perpetrated on Friday 13th? Family and neighbours died too, several dozens I gather.

You bet. The one thing on every beeb news bulletin I heard today is Netanyahuâs statement that because of this one hospital attack, if thatâs what it was, Iranâs Supreme Leader âshould not existâ.
The BBC likes this new version of the story. Into our little brains is being planted the idea that the monster must be got rid of, and thatâs a reason enough for the US to smash their way inâŚat whatever cost. I mean, who would attack a hospital! (Another 100+ Palestinians killed todayâŚsuspected HamasâŚ)
We saw during Iraq and since, that in our lovely country you can never give too many different excuses for killing brown people. Give people a menu backed up by a blitz of advertising, and most will choose something.

Decades of turning on the TV and watching whatever is on - with no thought to the choices and effort that have been made in order for this programme to get there. One or two emotional Israelis, fearful students perhaps, one or two outraged Israeli doctors, and of course zero of the thousands of Palestinian victims, enough to shift or maintain perceptions of what is evil.
