We can believe whatever we like. But there’s no mistaking that there’s no universal consensus about these matters. Remember: there was a time when “every educated person” “knew” that burning a combustible material involved the release of ‘phlogiston gas’; and “every educated person” “knew” - as these doctors point out - that scurvy ‘was an infectious disease’; and then these paradigms shifted,… Open-minded scepticism has to continue to rule - for now:

And note that both videos bring up the scarifying idea that a great portion of scientific research - allegedly a majority! - lacks proven credibility; is in fact tainted by extraneous factors having to do with politics and career-advancement.
I assert again: Open-minded scepticism has to continue to rule - for now.
