Surprised to find this video in the Daily Mail of all places.
The march was HUGE again and I’d estimate AT LEAST double the numbers of the march on 29th May and much more densely packed. There could have been a million or more people there. Loads more placards this time - I’ve never seen as many as this before on any march about anything.
Really great positive atmosphere as usual and much more singing, chanting, dancing, drumming etc. Before the march began in Hyde Park two police vans and a police car had their windows plastered in stickers to the extent that they were undriveable. I said hello to David Icke, who I almost walked into, and shook his hand. He didn’t look well actually.
Two or three hours into the march there was one diasaster caused by this large music lorry with loads of people dancing on it. Firstly the lorry was causing a considerable blockage in the road and secondly people stopped walking to watch the dancing etc. Some of us thought it might have been deliberate. The march ground to a halt at this point. If it wasn’t deliberate then it was a really stupid idea.
