Seems the legal mandate for the 3-day strike planned for next weekend expires on its last day.
The govt minister of course said the strike was “clearly unlawful” though it seems clear that the law didn’t specify what then.
Originally the govt claimed the whole strike was clearly unlawful but now are just seeking to derail the final day.
Wonder what percentage of ministers’ ‘clearlys’ have been justified over the years.
