I donāt dismiss the nano chip or magnetism thing at all. I just think the big issues are the complete abrogation of any semblence of democracy, parlimentary rule, and basic human rights. The push to use an untested medical experiment, which everyone now knows has many more risks than āthe virusā and the destruction of small and medium sized business. Whatever the magnetism or nano chip turns out to be, the bigger issues include those Iāve mentioned, and one final one. Do we bring back the death sentence for crimes against humanity.

No death sentence! Now, at times of acute stress, is exactly when we need to stick to good principles most strongly.
The proper treatment for the criminals is a Nurnberg 2 tribunal where they get a meticulously fair trial, and those found guilty are expropriated of all excess wealth, to the public purses, down to an average-wealth level of their fellow citizens; and then they need to do substantial time on public-service work brigades; and after release, permanent surveillance to prevent any relapse into previous criminality.
We have to deal effectively with our dangerous psychopaths, but thereās no need to descend to their level of conscienceless barbarity.

The application of these particles for āidentifying livestockā hardly even seems ironic anymore.
This will converge with whatās called Self Sovereign Identity Frameworks (ESSIF is the European one) which in turn interfaces with Blockchain technology.
The only way to fight back will be to take down the Data Centers. Hence the perceived vulnerability represented by Chinese microprocessors and the periodic moral panics about cyber security and those dreadful Russkis.

Iāve no doubt, K, that as these times get more interesting, there will be more than enough incidents of lynchmobbery of the Ceausescu kind. We shanāt lack for instances to ponder the deep morality of it. And the gics will indeed have the wind put well up them - as they bloody-well should.
Itās just that I fall back always on the fundamental questions of: Why are we here? What should we be doing? I hold to the principle that we are indeed here for a purpose, and that that purpose is to lower the entropy of the whole mind-scape system of which we are inseparable parts, and to help to grow it towards love.
An essential, perpetual task, since the mind-system which I take to be the foundation of our entire reality is faced with a basic fact of existence, it seems: that all ordered systems are sliding constantly towards high entropy, ceaselessly, and that to keep an ordered system growing, and indeed following its fate of permanent evolution, entropy must be pushed back permanently. Itās a never-ending imperative, just to stay out of total chaos.
With all this in the background, it becomes easy to see that vindictive barbarism is directly against our basic purpose for being here, and instead of that, we have to cultivate within ourselves the art of compassionate forgiveness, and ahimsa. But of course, without ever allowing the psychos, who wonāt recognise their basic purpose for being here, ever to get away with their ugly games unscathed. Hence the measured judgement that they should be stripped of their ill-gotten gains, held permanently under mild surveillance, to prevent relapsing into crime, and they should be obliged, without a get-out option, to make active amends for their crimes through obligatory public service, however modest and un-Earth-shaking.
For the ever niggling imp of vindictiveness within each of us, that should be punishment enough. The gics will hate it, even as theyāre being offered a chance to grow into their real purpose in life, whilst theyāre enduring the obligatory service and surveillance. That should be enough savvy self-defence for anyone engaged in avoiding vindictiveness, and cultivating their own ahimsa.
