Excess deaths at home that aren't covid deaths

The ONS excess figures broken down by place of death show a large number of excess deaths at home that are not marked as covid-related.
Although this represents about half the excess deaths during covid (a number which I think matches the covid deaths), it doesn’t mean that that proportion of the excess covid-19 deaths aren’t happening; another piece of the picture is that the number of non-covid deaths in hospital is correspondingly down (ie excess non-covid deaths in hospital are correspondingly negative, as the ONS data show).
Presumably these excess home deaths are related to the number of people that normally die in hospital being replaced by covid-19 hospital deaths - either because they are not taken in because covid-19 is given priority, or they didn’t contact their GP or A+E for reasons related to covid.

It’s been reported on here:

More than 40,000 extra deaths at home in England and Wales since pandemic began

The link doesn’t obtain much official commentary, but it opens up just a bit to other diseases that might be involved in these home deaths.

"Previous analysis by the ONS found that deaths in private homes in England for males from heart disease, from the start of the coronavirus pandemic through to early September, were 26% higher than the five-year average, while prostate cancer deaths had increased 53%.

For women, deaths in private homes from dementia and Alzheimer’s disease had increased 75%, while deaths from breast cancer were up 47%"

I suspect it’s a bit complex.
I had quite a good link that allowed you to see weekly excess deaths broken into covid and non-covid, and also choose place of death (hospital, home or care home).
It was here

but I don’t see the ‘place of death’ graphs on the link anymore. Worth a browse, I might have missed it because lately as the weekly graphs become wider, they started to use sliders.
It also shows weekly excess deaths by cause of death. Worth a rummage to see what is there.

It might be simplistic to claim that covid directly caused these excess home deaths but equally it would be untrue to say they would all have died anyway - we don’t say that when a person aged 90 dies ‘of covid’. The existence of these complexities in what are presented as simple counts shows that in explaining the true effect of covid (and lockdowns) the data we hear every day only scratch the surface.

The data we hear every day, E, are an ever more obvious con. Particularly that con about ‘more excess deaths than at any time since the 1940s’. An obvious ‘apples and oranges’ nonsense. Just another deceitful ‘news’ readers’ babbling-point for stoking up the panic.

The simple precautionary principle alone compels us to mistrust absolutely every statistic, from any source whatever, right now, since there’s such an obvious vast con going on, and numbers are being massaged, blatantly. God knows how to explain it. I’d give you good odds that it’s NOT a huge worldwide conspiracy - though there seem to be several smaller partial ones going on, particularly around the crassly-obvious unproven-vaccine rackets, and the clearly-associated frankly-criminal suppression-drive of information about actually-effective, cheap, long-proven-safe, and widely-available treatments for covid.

Yet we’re seeing results that might as well be a big global conspiracy, judging by the effects. What on earth is motivating all the various contributors to this madness? I still find it hard to see the overall dynamic. It seems as if some chaotic ad hoc, nasty band-waggon is rolling, with hoards of technocrat, mediawhore and pocket-pol chancers leaping aboard for their own highly-iffy opportunistic main-chance reasons. ‘Never let a good crisis - even an ersatz, manufactured one - go to waste!’ Another weird manager-sheep stampede, to mirror the one of all the poor TDS-bemused common-citizen punters who’ve bought into the panic? The managers doing their own stampede through carefully doublethunk in-group belief-control. Astonishing! Though I suppose we shouldn’t be…

But one belief on which I’m betting my own life - and any other for I which I might be responsible - is that the official covid picture hosed at us constantly is a damned lie, and there really is no genuine ground for this ridiculous omni-panic. (Where are all the global panics about all the other afflictions which kill far larger numbers of unfortunates every year than are dying of covid?) Nor will ever more draconian house-arrests do anything substantive at all to help us. Something criminally false is going on. However multiplex the causative drives may be, that much seems clear.

Hi RG

That was straight from the ONS. What makes you think that’s wrong?

Doesn’t make any sense unless the PtB are dancing the puppet-masters’ tune Rhis…The aim is compliance…it’s NWO inspired I have no doubt…hell of an investment not to get the desired result…a vaccine compliant body politic… we must not forget that the anti-vaccination movement has been gaining a great deal of support in the western developed states in recent years…they won’t want to publicise the other deaths associated with lockdown because it doesn’t reflect well on their deliberately shambolic responses… as long as the other deaths hide in the figures (and “bump” those up), “they” will be satisfied…This was deliberate Rhis I’ll take that bet!

Pontius, this is simply my rule of thumb that ALL stats fed to us by the lamestream covid shriek-fest simply have to be treated as not trustworthy, because there’s an obvious con going on. In principle, there’s simply no set of stats of which we can be solidly confident that they haven’t been fiddled. Precautionary principle. I’m baffled by the question how to extract any kind of reliable numbers from the welter. So, all held off.

I do see though that Britain in the '40s was a substantially different scene from what it is now. So comparisons need to be treated with great caution and a lot of careful delving. I haven’t done that, for the reason given above. Wouldn’t know how to do it, just yet, until the dust has settled in a year or two. But I see good reasons a priori why the comparison must be treated with great caution. Ergo, I don’t believe it. Could be true, I’m not saying there isn’t another wave of Winter illness going through the population right now - whatever it is - but I don’t buy this babbling-point. Hindsight will tell us whether it was really as bad as we’re being told right now. I already doubt that, though. Time will put me right. Cheers, bro!

‘We see nothing alarming,’ says Norwegian drugs regulator, after 13 deaths linked to Pfizer vaccine jabs: https://www.rt.com/news/512586-norway-vaccine-elderly-deaths/

Thanks G; story still moving, this update just in…

15/1/21 Chinese health experts call to suspend Pfizer’s mRNA vaccine for elderly after Norwegian deaths
By Zhang Hui
Chinese health experts called on Norway and other countries to suspend the use of mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccines produced by companies such as Pfizer, especially among elderly people, due to the vaccines’ safety uncertainties following the deaths of 23 elderly Norwegian people who received the vaccine.

Noteworthy comment:
"…A Beijing-based immunologist, who requested anonymity, told the Global Times on Friday that the world should suspend the use of the mRNA COVID-19 vaccine represented by Pfizer, as this new technology has not proven safety in large-scale use or in preventing any infectious diseases.

Older people, especially those over 80, should not be recommended to receive any COVID-19 vaccine, he said.

He said that people over 80 years old have a weaker immune system and are more prone to adverse effect; thus, they should be recommended to take medicines to improve their immune system, he said.

China has started vaccination for people aged between 18 and 59, as statistics on people aged 60 years and over and people aged 18 years and below were relatively small during clinical trials of the vaccines. Thus, we cannot fully identify the efficacy and side effects for these two groups, a Beijing-based health expert who requested to be anonymous, told the Global Times."

“a working Test and Trace system, financial and material support for people to enable them to isolate, and ensuring all workplaces which are open are certified Covid-Safe. Restrictions on our lives can be lifted once these elements are in place and as new cases drop off to a level which can be managed by public health teams.” https://zerocovid.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/DoA-16-Jan-online-event-Facebook-v4-768x432.png

That’s exactly what I think should be out into place asap, @GKH.

This feels to me like the safest and most humans way or of this crisis.

Unfortunately I think our gov will only try that after trying every other possibility…

They seem to have a vested interest in failing to tackle the pandemic properly this is what worries me…
