I think the picture says it all, although it seems the two long teeth on the upper jaw have been photo-shopped out.

Unelected, unaccountable and now brazenly lawless.

I imagine the UK will be tagging along with this.

I don’t think they will. They’ll egg them on for sure, but the City will not play this game.

Europe’s just lost it’s manufacturing, so they’ll shift to services. It’s in the city’s interest that Europe fails at that.

The completion of the final ripoff of Russian assets is off.
Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech republic refuse to pay.
And Belgium held out, refusing to be the one carrying the can and be responsible to Russia when it all goes belly-up.

EU countries are to rip off their own taxpayers instead.
Hell, somebody has to pay - other than the bright sparks themselves, and those that they represent.

From a BBC live timeline

More here from Alexander Mercouris with a very clear analysis and explanation of events on this latest disaster from Fond of Lying and co.

What a bunch of clowns.

I can recommend the first 40 minutes at least. (I’ve not seen all of it yet).

The BBC isn’t worth a (bleep)

You got to laugh when you see the BBC interact with or about Russia.

Putin tells BBC Western leaders deceived Russia.

BBC bigfish Steve Rosenberg asked a single, long and rather slanted question, will there be more special military operations - but also embedding the question in a context of him having all the power (in contrast t the people), essentially a polite way of throwing in: “Aren’t you a dictator”.

Firstly, Putin did not say the West “deceived Russia”. He said it screwed the Russian people.

The BBC can not bring itself to print that - not because of the mild expletive, which the BBC can always bleep over as it is usually happy to do - but because it was not only true, but Putin explicitly told Rosenberg why.
And this involved another quote. He said the west promised, regarding Nato expansion, that there would be

“not one inch eastward”

a direct quote, Putin said.

How much more useful could this opportunity have been to UK and other audiences, had the BBC not tried to bury a brief exchange with the leader of Russia in a brief dismissal - hoping, presumably, that most people would not watch the clip.

At the end Putin addresses Rosenberg (who he pointed out lives in Russia - so should know Putin’s position)

“Are we planning to attack Europe or something? What nonsense is this?”

The BBC has since updated its piece, but never quoted Putin directly.
How ridiculous to narrate a one-minute reply rather than quote the Russian president directly.

A Daily Mail standard story.
