I’m unsure if this is more psy op dis-information or for real. So perhaps tell me what you think?
This is a list of the value of imports and exports (from the World Bank) all in a customs category of of Covid 19 medical supplies (in 2018)
The page states “The data here track previously existing medical devices that are now classified by the World Customs Organization as critical to tackling COVID-19”
I haven’t investigated it fully but on the surface I have no problem with this. The list doesn’t specify exactly what the items are but they are listed as Medical Diagnostic Test instruments and apparatus so it seems to me that it is perfectly possible that instruments for medical diagnostic tests were bought in 2018 for diagnostic tests for other diseases and have now become useful for COVID-19 testing etc.

For what it’s worth, my head is spinning with Covid too. And I can’t make a onebox out of that link either.
