Ignoring the typical propaganda aspect of the article, it’s very interesting to see the Chinese are picking the idea up (yanks are supposedly building one, but America…).
I remember when the USSR collapsed and NATO discovered the ground effect vehicle. Caused a few semi panic attacks when it dawned on the upper echelons that the entire east coast of Britain could have been swamped by these.
