Anyone any thoughts on the census?
I instinctively don’t want to complete it because, instinctively, I don’t want to give info about myself to the government.
But maybe it’s more sensible to do it because it makes no difference anyway (because they already know everything).
Well, I shan’t be doing it. I don’t care to be told that I MUST give the state whatever information about me that it demands. Sod off!

Haven’t got it to spare, P, and there’s no way the PTshB can lay their hands on what loot I do keep secreted, for my neatest and dearest. Nor have I any personal property on which they could destrain - so to speak. 
I tend to agree with @rippon: this data is pretty much public domain already. We filled ours in last weekend like obedient proles. the optional questions about sexuality etc were skipped. None of anyone’s business.
