CDC: Let's give the covid jab to children forever

As I understand it only the EUA protects the manufacturers from prosecution.
After the EUA is lifted - if it ever is - adding covid vaccines to the Child Immunisation Schedule makes makers immune from prosecution - even for damage to adults.

Sounds fair, I mean the vaccines have shown to be safe - NO tooth fairies have died.

I’m not sure when this meeting starts but there’s a link to a live blog by Meryl Nass - who despite the proximity of her hearings, seems not to have pulled any punches.

CDC did not put the COVID vaccines on the childhood schedule today

But they did something else. Meryl Nass explains the fancy footwork.

CDC did something strange today: they added COVID to the Vaccines for Children program

Nass’s insider (and incisive) comments relieve the essential dullness of the occasion, which seems marred by probably deliberately shambolic organisation by “the Keystone Cops”, of whom Nass also points out there are 13,000, eating up an annual $15bn CDC budget.

"I will again note that CDC has a 100 million dollar media center but it seems to use a $20 dollar setup for the ACIP meetings, which are chock full of delays, disconnections, and now a ten minute break. We never see the faces of the speakers and there is no livestreaming.

The break appears to be due to difficulty connecting the speaker. These glitches may serve to cover up deliberate glitches when someone is saying something the CDC does not want the public to hear."

For an occasion which helps determine which vaccines are given to millions of kids, you don’t really expect it to be like this:

“And the answer is that it probably does not matter and most likely most of the members would not be able to explain what precisely they are voting on right now. So I predict you will get unanimous yeses on all 3 questions.”

I recommend scrolling down to “Next up, COVID VACCINES”.

What a treasure this woman is; and her just out of round one of her own witch hunt, still criticizing the hangman :astonished:

Latest update on child sacrificing…
Meryl the Peril’s forecast was right.

CDC’s advisory committee on immunization practices will vote at 1:20 pm today to put the covid vaccines on the childhood schedule. Expect a unanimous yes vote

Expect a unanimous yes vote

They voted for it, unanimously.

Nass explains - not the thinking, because there isn’t any, but what actually happened.

" The committee members were presented with CDC’s fait accompli today by hearing a very bland presentation of the “edits” to the childhood, adolescent and adult immunization schedules.

Buried among dozens of “edits” was the inclusion of COVID-19 vaccines to the childhood and adolescent schedules, which is to be rolled out in February. But was posted to CDC’s website on October 17, 2022, before the ACIP’s approval.

When the CDC briefer, a strongly accented Dr. Wodi, was asked how CDC could add an EUA (unlicensed) vaccine to the schedule, she said something like, “We checked with OGC [Office of General Counsel] and they said it was okay.” And that was that. No legal justification. No moral or ethical justification. And definitely no medical or scientific justification.

In fact, yesterday the Director of of CDC’s Immunization Division, Dr. Jose Romero, said that CDC was not putting the COVID vaccines on the childhood schedule (yet). He said that at 3 pm yesterday. But by 9 am today that was exactly what CDC revealed it was doing. His “YET” lasted for all of 18 hours. Or one might more correctly say he was a lying SOB and I don’t mean short of breath."

Wtf?
Looks like they stupefied the committee beforehand (or it wasn’t found to be necessary).

ICAN takes it as a declaration of legal war (see below). Good on them - an unlicensed experimental gene therapy with disastrous data and reports, unleashed for no benefit - on children.

BREAKING NEWS: ICAN Will Fund Legal Challenge of Any State that Mandates COVID-19 Vaccines to Attend School

Yesterday, the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) met and voted to add COVID-19 vaccines to the federal government’s Vaccines for Children program – a program that provides vaccines at no cost to eligible children.

But that was just a warm up for ACIP’s meeting today, where ACIP Members voted unanimously, 15-0, to recommend the addition of COVID-19 vaccines to the CDC’s routine childhood vaccine schedule in complete disregard of the thousands of negative comments sent in by the public. ACIP recommends that the vaccine be given to babies 6 months of age and older with a 2 or 3 dose primary series (depending on vaccine manufacturer) and a booster dose.

That addition clears the way for these vaccines to be required for school admission. Many states, including for example Massachusetts and Virginia, already have language stating children should be immunized according to the CDC’s routine childhood vaccine schedule for schooling.

ICAN has directed its legal team to challenge every single state that mandates its students to receive a COVID-19 vaccine and will continue to be on the frontlines defending your civil rights!

The head of our legal team, Aaron Siri, has written an article about how, with ICAN’s support and funding, he and his team Will Be Challenging Any State’s Covid-19 Vaccine Requirement to Attend School (substack.com) We look forward to seeing these mandates knocked out in court!
