Interesting article on Global Research. The actual title is “Billionaires’ Media: The Smearing of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.”
It concerns a piece in The Globe and Mail, a Canadian newspaper. The Globe piece is, self evidently, a smear - it presents nothing in support of its claim about Kennedy - and GR writer Joyce Nelson doesn’t dignify the smear with an examination. So I won’t, either. The main interest is in the outfit responsible for the would-be hit piece - Tortoise Media. Nelson explains how and why it came about. Of particular interest is its novel funding model, with rich folk subsidizing less-rich folk, all the way down to ‘free’.
The Globe and Mail is also, incidentally, owned by billionaires. Despite this there is a link to “Support Quality Journalism”, though I couldn’t find any
There’s a lot in Nelson’s backstory, so I won’t try to highlight from it. It’s interesting to see the comments at the end of the Globe and Mail piece
These quickly form a standard vaccine style exchange. Two people are discussing evidence, but the smear that constitutes the article apparently goes unnoticed as most comments are short and hostile to those questioning vaccine orthodoxy, probably reflecting the home territory of the newspaper.
