Big Bucks for UAP clean-up?

According to Epoch Times the 2023 National Defense Authorization Act, nearly 4000 pages of gumph that allocates $817 billion toward protecting the United States (including 51st state, Ukraine) has a subsection relating to “Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) reporting procedures.”

This protects people cleaning up UFO landings, for example. (Okay, not those exact words).

To wit: “material retrieval and analysis, reverse engineering, research, and development.”

Read all about it here:

A commenter who says (s)he helped develop a zero-point engine says: “…whoever controls the energy controls the world. Our group got contacted by govt, and we realized NO ONE is invisible, everyone is carefully watched. After the first atomic bomb blast which released an infinite burst in the static magnetic domain or static electric field domain, travelling instantaneously through the physical universe, we became visible to the alien civilizations around us…”

They’ll have been watching Graham Hancock’s series too, no doubt, of which I’ve now finished all eight episodes, and would recommend. Not to be swallowed whole, but hardly dangerous. The last episode focuses on a bunch of underground cities in Cappadocia which I’d never heard of. No link with little grey men is asserted.

I wonder where that zero-point engine is. Chatter about them is always noisy in the ‘free-energy’ silos; yet, like nuclear fusion powering all of human society, such alleged devices are always ‘twenty years in the future’ - permanently, of course.

Fwiw, I think any notion of reverse-engineering alleged alien-civ UAP devices is in the same bin as using psi for imperial/military purposes (or indeed the getting of sunbeams from cucumbers, or finding a purified, proven COV2 ‘virus’ anywhere in the world): all ambitions standing on an entirely inadequate theoretical foundation of understanding just what it is that the simplistic reductive-materialist optimists are dealing with. Best thought of as barking up entirely the wrong tree.

In a nutshell, we’ll get a better grasp on UAPs, what they are, and how they work, if we ditch the startrekky hypothesis that they ‘MUST’ be vessels created by ETs from far, far away, and move instead towards the much more fruitful, and historically instanced, idea that they’re novel (and typically intricate and miraculously capable) modern variations on the ancient poltergeist phenomena.

Think of them as creations of the collective human psi facility (which every one of us possesses, somewhere on the standard bell curve, even in a fanatically psi-denying society like Western-civ).

Immediately, from this standpoint all the manifestations make much more sense. You only need to look at the mental ambiance in which we all live right now to see why our collective, unconsciously-employed psi faculty might be conjuring up these UAP displays that are appearing in our time: Something that can outwit easily our lumbering, but still Earth-endangering, techie-toys, both military and civilian. and which can - demonstrably - render them helpless in a moment.

As we move into the new era of long-term economic shrinkage, and the unavoidable de-techifying of society which that decline mandates, I suspect that we shall be seeing more of the already-begun swing away from reductive-materialism as a ruling philosophy, towards much more philosophic-idealism.

Once we’ve dumped the startrekky false-myth of our future, and conjured up, through our more visionary story-tellers, a more realistic real-myth by which to live, we should be able to get a better grasp of what the UAPs really are.

Sureashell they’re not for gaining advantage in stupid rival-empire struggles. The fundamental practical rule of thumb in handling psi is: Never, under any circumstances, use it for attempting anything but white magic. Invariably, the black, and often even the grey, kind, if we try to practice them, end up causing us catastrophic self-inflicted damage to both feet, plus a complete screw-up of our original nefarious goal…

I remain optimistic about our - and the Earth’s - longer term future, once we’ve got through these Interesting Times.

I expect some UFOs are nuts-and-bolts phenomena, while plenty are indeed peeps into another dimension, or brains tricking themselves.

But how do you explain this image in which baby Jesus, bless xim, waves ta-ta to daddy’s flying saucer as it starts its long and tricky journey back to Tralfamadore?

Yep, once you start looking for them, you find that Unidentified Aerial Phenomena - as a subgroup of a much wider class of paranormal manifestations - have been noted for many human generations. Usually attributed - with what correctness being still not clear - to ‘spirit beings.’ (That could well turn out to be true, even at this stage of mainstream-scientific-method psi-research.)

If there are any ostensibly-ET, actual nuts’n’bolts structures around under wraps somewhere, and getting studied intensively by the sunbeams-from-cucumbers brigades, I’ll bet they’re seeing the tell-tale signs of something slapped together by the Trickster function of psi, to cause as much hilarious cognitive dissonance as possible amongst the sunbeam-hunters.

Veteran students of practical psi might be able to help the sunbeamistas of modern ‘scientific’ orthodoxy in recognising some of the hallmarks of a paranormal giggle-manifestation - if the gocos could ever free themselves from their rabid philosophical-materialist doctrinal ‘certainties’. But, looking back on the truly dismal intellectual performance of the technocrat class - particularly its medical speciality - over the past three years, I don’t see much evidence of such necessary flexibility of mind, though. Po-faced troobleevers, mostly.

How Coyote/Loki/Puck/Leprechaun/Trickster must be wetting themselves with helpless laughter: “Lord, what fools…”

Let’s face it there’s stuff in everyday use now that during our childhoods would have seemed like magic. So even a nuts-and-bolts foo fighter that could masquerade as a cloud or wipe our memories clean is really not all that far-fetched anymore. Likewise going back to the devas on their magic carpets; they were being described in the known cultural vernacular of the time. What they really were we can only speculate.
