Biden was wiser than we thought...pardoning Fauci in advance, for anything and everything

Fauci, hauled up before a Senate committee on covid, invoked his fifth amendment right on 100+ occasions.
He now has to step carefully as the pardon only covers past actions, and is limited to federal scope. He could be prosecuted for crimes according to individual state laws.
He now has to worry about contempt proceedings, where the fact of his pardon strengthens the accusation that he is deliberately obstructing the Senates legal process. He must answer their questions so there is probably no legal reason why he does not, given his pardon. He can’t be pardoned for his actions and keep quiet about them as well.

The scope of his pardon looks likely to be tested in a judicial review, which Fauci’s would-be nemesis Rand Paul has already called for. The status of some of the pardon’s provisions has also come under scrutiny due to inadequate signing.

Obviously, giving ground to the questioners would compound his problems and it would be a brave soul in his shoes to admit, sooner or later, to everything. It would definitely not make for a happy retirement.

The ins and outs are laid out here

The questions put to Fauci will be revealing, but watching the hearing, three hours of no comment, probably isn’t the best way of finding them, If I see a good summary I’ll post it.

I think Kit Knightley’s take on this is correct:

Does Kit Knightly believe viruses don’t exist? It doesn’t seem so.

Lacerative roundup of Fauci points around the covid origins by Matt Taibbi. Including the media’s attempts to head off the criticism by presenting it as mere partisan posturing.

The Fauci Legend Will Not Die!

The ferocity of the Covid coverup is a thing to behold.

https://www.racket.news/p/the-fauci-legend-will-not-die

Just what Fauci does not want laid out in the Senate, for the media to have to spin away.

They haven’t even got to Fauci’s other serious crime of convincing the western ā€˜liberals’ that early treatments did not work, while peddling ā€˜RunDeathIsNear’, brazening out the bad trial results and the harms to inflict it on 000s of hapless hospital patients while adding billion$.to the coffers of hard-up Gilead.

Early treatments for what exactly? As Knightly observed, there was no covid virus. (The plain fact that no virus has ever been observed is irrelevant so whatever KK believes in this respect is also neither here nor there.)

Early treatments for what exactly?

Well for whatever was making people ill, it’s for you to explain your own theories.

KK does not seem to buy into the novirus theory, says alleged covid death rates were ā€œnear-identicalā€ to seasonal flu. So for KK covid was a psy-op using flu data and symptoms.

Whereas the ā€˜novirus’ theory doesn’t appear to try to explain much about how the plandemic occurred. Are these ā€˜coronavirus research’ labs simply misguided? Was a dishonest ā€˜psy-op’ built on the back of honest but mistaken beliefs?

Maybe I’ve missed articles where all the coronavirus stuff is explained in terms of there not being a virus in the first place.
But these are hardly irrelevant questions when the discussion is about the head of infectious diseases!

A lot of simple, credulous people followed the mainstream advice given in 2020 to not undertake their own research into the covid lie and its associated scams (ā€˜Follow the science’, ā€˜settled science’ etc. etc.).

Whatever the issue life is so much easier if we believe, especially with certainty, (Jesus saves, CO2 is man-produced poison destroying our climate, invisible, ineffable, transferable, magic bugs attack our bodies, voting at elections makes a difference to government policies, aliens from outer space will unite humanity etc. etc.) - and so much easier if we obey the authority we have chosen to rule our thoughts and actions to think the right thoughts.

But . . . whatever KK (or anybody else) ā€˜seems’ to have ā€˜bought into’, now or at the time (about anything), why should I be doing your homework for you now? Your contention that ā€˜it is for (me) to explain (my) own theories’ is just that, a contention. Please don’t blame me for your lack.

Our advice to all is Stay sceptical, Stay curious, Trust yourself, Love one another.

So I need to do homework just to mention something to do with viruses…
Okay, that sounds very reasonable to me, here it is:

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=viruses

You don’t need to answer all of them - not right away. Friday will be fine :slightly_smiling_face:

'rest me case m’lud. Bless.

Your empty case, would that be? Something was making people ill, I asked for your view of what that was.
I can’t understand why you want to derail these threads, especially one about Fauci’s crimes, if you have nothing to offer.

For me at least (a complete Convid denier), I thought Denis Rancore and friends explained it extremely well, first completely demolishing the plandemic theory before explaining what it was making people ill. He did this regardless of where one sits on the virus/terrain debate.

Thanks @PatB

After their rollout, I think Rancourt seemed to attribute the continuation of excess deaths down to vaccines. I think he attributed excess deaths to western responses prior to the appearance of the vaccines. His 2021 paper on that was discussed here

So yes, there is no disputing the excess deaths calamity, and whatever the explanation, Fauci can be seen lying at the centre of it (see what I did there). His most obvious conflicting interests were the estimated $20bn boost to Gilead shares from the forced adoption of Remdesivir (scuppering genuine treatments) and his ties with Gates and their ā€˜global vaccine plan’.

Dr. Anthony Fauci plotted ā€˜global vaccine action plan’ with Bill Gates before pushing COVID panic and doubts about hydroxychloroquine treatments

Hence his lies over hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin, the success of which would have scuppered both of these staggeringly profitable and evil wheezes. Against this, though I’m not against people voicing their view on it, the issue of the definition and provenance of viruses is a red herring in consideration of the crimes of Fauci and his criminal cohorts.

I say Fauci’s ā€˜conflicting interests’, but I’d struggle to demonstrate any genuine interest in public health in someone who by his actions has always prioritized profits for his cronies.

Cheers

One of the most significant spectacles (well rounded up by Matt Taibbi in a post above) is that of not only the media, but the Democratic/establishment rallying round in a blatant posture that Fauci is a national treasure and that the pursuit of truth amongst a deadly myriad of lies is a mere political witchhunt of a pore old man.

It’s worth remembering that places like the Intercept do quite good job of listing some of the crimes of the US government when Trump is in power, but will not condemn, or will cover up anything that emanates from Biden and the Democrats.

Your opinions are valuable. So are mine. We state them. They conflict. We both agree about that. Tough. Why waste time? (We’ve been round this block before.) Why recriminate? Leave it, it ain’t wurf it. I appreciate a lot of your other posts anyway.

Meryl Nass’ five minutes on Fauci.
Who better to sum it up…
ED

Meryl Nass with Tony Lyons.

The Gates foundation gave NIH over $1/2bn, and during Covid Fauci had bi-weekly calls with Bill Gates. Federal research funds were seemingly directed towards areas of interest…for Bill Gates.

The year Fauci was head of NIAID, Congress allowed federal scientists and their agencies to collect royalties from private companies that licensed their patents on discoveries that were made on the taxpayers dime. Between 2009 and 2021, Fauci’s NIAID received over $325m in royalties; and in 2022, he recieved $400m, his agency, from Moderna alone.

Now Fauci was legally allowed to use this money as he pleased, there was no requirement to report to Congress what was going on. Basically he had turned NIAID into a form of incubator.

He sent his nurse wife to graduate in ethics so she could approve his questionable ethics. He justified gain of function research to turn bird flu into a transmissible disease in birds, which are used as the closest disease model to humans. Everyone agrees this was a very dangerous form of research, and he paid for it in two different institutions.

He was an accomplished liar, he pushed for school closures for instance, but denied it; he pushed for distance but later admitted there was no science to support it.

What he did to hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin was in my opinion a crime against humanity. Both drugs have an incredible safety profile and yet he created fake science and he shut down two clinical trials that he promised to run for hydroxychloroquine when the drug started to look like it was really helpful. He ignored evidence that other people had developed, and he used fraud to push Remdesivir. He packed the NIH guidelines committee with people who were financially entangled with Gilead, the makers of Remdesivir, which is why Remdesivir has been used on hundreds of thousands of Americans for very little if any benefit, and lots of harm.

His entire career at NIAID, the agency was funding Ralph Barac to do coronavirus research, to the tune of $289m cumulatively, and we don’t know why there was so much interest in coronaviruses for all that time; when all they did for much of it was cause a cold.

He was the midwife of the Proximal Origins paper. You can spend hours talking about all the terrible things this man did, he spend $40bn fiddling around with HIV and AIDS, and never came up with a vaccine or a curative drug. How he managed to remain in place for so long, is he kissed up and he kicked down, and hopefully now, he will finally get his comeuppance.

. . . because the object of the exercise was to terrify everybody with this fake ā€œvirusā€. Since F was in on the original ā€˜discovery’ of the hoax ā€œvirusā€, announced to the world via press conference, and in on the lethal ā€œtreatmentā€ (repurposed killer ā€˜anti-cancer’ drug which, surprise, made big money for big pharma - whence came the $40bn and to whom was it distributed?) why should he have done anything else? Blimey, even RF(raud)K was onto him! Seems MN hasn’t picked up.

Many people stayed terrified of human blood and, more to the point, contact with each other (ah yes, that one again) for years but it wore off a bit over time. Wotthehell, we had ā€˜covid’ to do the same job for us 40 years later and many now are still prepared to believe the Faucis of this world with their ā€˜public health’ scams (while some of us don’t!). There’ll be another one along but not just yet. . .

Easy to carp with a more far-out theory Alan, but people in high positions need evidence, against such a powerful system as the US of A government and Pharma. Suspicion gets you nowhere.

But what fun you can have when you don’t need to prove your claims.

Meryl Nass and RFKj (+Rand Paul maybe as well) have done more than anyone else to expose Fauci’s wrongdoings and crimes, and edge him towards legal comeuppance.

They’ve brought us the receipts. Without them there is nothing that will stick.
Even with them all it’s a slim prospect.

Meryl Nass finds more dark curiosities in the vaults of the Fauci-era museum.

Finding the Fauci slide, I encountered some other old slides of relevance today that you will probably find interesting

Oh, go on, you’ve drawn me out:

Try reading, marking, learning and inwardly digesting all the info at this link - I reckon the writers of the articles, the linked articles and the linked books all get it and between them explain it quite thoroughly. Good research pays off if you take the trouble . . .

In the meantime, lots of people are diverted by the public spectacle being made of one 85 year old retired crook who, along with hundreds and thousands of other public health administrators (some much nearer home!), served his masters well when it was required of him. He’s hard as nails and doesn’t give a shit. Look who’s doing his work now he’s gone - and who in that bastion of Liberty, the US congress, is going after them?

Get a ticket for the circus and forget the encroaching tyranny! (no, don’t)

What link do you mean, I only see one and it’s to someone who says Covid was the flu virus, a thing you insist doesn’t exist. I read it it’s all a bit thin and postury. Maybe you didn’t read it?
Good try - directing me all over the place for articles and books, flowing from links you haven’t posted.

It’s Fauci that’s turned it into a circus, his only option to keep the general US public from learning of his own Covid lies and scams.

I don’t get what you actually want, you only seem to be moved to object to constructive discussions and processes, without offering any substance yourself. Lets have your insights into some of that great research you’ve inwardly digested! Take the trouble!
