I saw this a few days ago, she didn’t pull her punches either. Bravissima.
Meloni came across my radar just before her election win. Doesn’t mince words.
I believe she has spoken of her backing of NATO. I haven’t heard it from her directly, so am unsure. If she’s willingly backing them then everything is an act.
I’m certain though that Europe is going to see more Meloni types elected.

I have seen the same (support for NATO, that is) but given how volatile Italian politics is she might be tilting at one windmill at a time. And that’s one of the biggest. Unlikely she came into power without making lots of compromises, but so far she seems to be doing ok.
