I have no idea whether this unidentified Scottish lady is who and what she says she is - or even whether she’s really Scottish. I have to say that any half-way-competent, time-served actress could give this speech just as convincingly, accent and all. But still, assuming for the moment, for the sake of argument, that it’s authentic, it sounds relevant to the ‘huge death count/no excess deaths’ contradiction.
