Read it at The Gray Zone, hear it on Judge Nap, but go to jail if you publish it in the UK

Max Blumenthal exposes some really interesting things on the Filton 6 (Palestine Action) trial. The UK regime has really set out to stitch the 6 up. Watch Max Blumenthal explain it on Judge Nap from about 16 minutes, or read the detail at the Gray Zone, but whatever you do, don’t publish any of it in the UK.

The amount of legal chicanery revealed here is nothing short of sinister.
And professional - stitching up the media too; all under a thick dark cloak

Hi folks, this is another clear example of the Rule of Claw replacing all elements of equity and justice in our laws - both domestic and international.

We are now at a tipping point with regard to our whole legal system - loss of jury trials will be the final nail.

  1. Laws are passed by Parliament by MPs and Lords who have not read the Bills presented to them, or if read, have not been understood by them. Only specialist barristers who draft the words used in Bills purport to understand their words and the effects of those words.

  2. Some laws are created by judges without reference to Parliament through the power of judges to use wide discretions and interpret laws - as such these “laws” are created by a class which is largely totally divorced from the majority of the people in this country. The discretions granted to judges enable them to manipulate our system of justice without any real oversight. Bias is an inevitable result of background and all elements of policing, judicial, legislative and executive systems need to be under constant independent review.

  3. All our laws are dressed up in “legalese” which is a language so contorted that I guarantee that no-one truly understands it. Ignorance of the law has been a fundamental part of our judicial system because everyone is ignorant of the law, including judges when you see the numbers of different judicial decisions on the same issues!

  4. In addition to statutes and judicial precedents we have the enormous libraries of regulations, codes of conduct and guidelines which all impact on society - except of course where loop-holes have been carefully crafted for the wealthy and powerful. Our society is riddled with corruption and perversion which is totally ignored by our system of justice and policing.
The use of our police and powers of arrest and imprisonment pending trial is yet another example of extra-judicial “law” to punish political opponents.

I could go on for hours!

cheers

Zara Sultana at 4.45. None of the scum can ever plead ignorance . . .

Great contribution by Zara Sultana, pointing out the various elastic powers the government want for themselves; the tory whizz idea “cumultaive disruption” which as Sultana pointed out could be over a street or the whole of Central London. The government, the police or judges decide what the law means!
Labour opposed this in opposition to win votes, but now Starmer wants to inflict as much harm to civil liberties (and political ones - Sultana) as possible, to get as much value for the Western elites as he can, before he gets democratically annihilated.

Good that Sultana also used her parliamentary privilege to out some of the Filton 6 stitch-up.

I see in the same Hansard link that ZS’s opinion was completely ignored and amendment 312 was passed:

" Respect orders

Motion made, and Question put, That this House agrees with Lords amendments 1, 3 to 5, 7 to 9, 13 and 14, 16 to 255, 261 and 262, 266 to 310, 312 to 332, 335 to 338, 340 and 341, 343 to 356, 358, 362 to 367, 373 to 438, 440 to 504 and 506 to 532*.*

The House divided: Ayes 247, Noes 21.

[ Division No. 476 , 9 pm ]

Question accordingly agreed to.

Lords amendments 1, 3 to 5, 7 to 9, 13 and 14, 16 to 255, 261 and 262, 266 to 310, 312 to 332, 335 to 338, 340 and 341, 343 to 356, 358, 362 to 367, 373 to 438, 440 to 504 and 506 to 532 agreed to "

“cumulative destruction” ==> templated forevermore:

See the really terribly worrisome and unsettling attacks on dilapidated ambulances, vacant offices, and some wall near a synagogue, um, I mean Are JeWisH CoMmUnItY, as the Chief Rabbi is pointing out in a totally non-incendiary way.

Added link below to ludicrous baa baa C piece about how it’s all getting so so bad.

Yeah, sure, this is totally reflective of reality as opposed to desperately trying to shape it /SARC
